Shipping Policy
We estimate that your order will be shipped within 5 business days after the order has been fulfilled. Our average order fulfillment takes 2–5 business days for all production techniques. However, please note that this is just an estimate and delivery times may vary depending on factors such as your location and shipping carrier delays. We will provide you with a tracking link so you can monitor the status of your delivery and stay informed about any potential delays.
Return Policy
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If you (the customer) provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you (the customer) will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Please note that we do not offer size exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original item for a refund.
